Warranty 12 months warranty upon manufacturing defect from date of receive.
The warranty covers any problem related to manufacturing defects on the heating elements excluding free gift, accessories

The warranty does not cover below:
1) Sticking or damage caused by misuse of product, product being overheated or lack of maintenance.
2) When the product is being used in a commercial environment.
3) Product is knocked or dropped.
4) Scratches on both interior and exterior of the product caused by abuse and misuse of product.

Please contact EUROPLUS line at 03-80685348 for any warranty claims or enquiries. Defective products must be in its original condition upon collection (including accessories, user manual, free gift and receipt).

Warranty claims that do not fulfill these criterias will not be processed.
