It also provides prebiotics to help regulate bowel transit and restore a healthy intestinal microbiota, as well as essential Omega 6 and Omega 3 fatty acids (such as DHA) which are important for modulation of the inflammatory processes.

Preparation and Recommended Intakes
FontActiv Complete dissolves easily into liquids such as water or milk.
To prepare a 240 ml drink, add 57 g of FontActiv Complete Powder to 200 ml of liquid.
As a supplement, recommended dosage is 1 to 3 servings per day.
Daily intake should be determined by a clinician or dietician according to individual requirements.
FontActiv Complete can also be used to enrich vegetable purees, soups, or desserts.
