The SIGMA Classic + bottom with solid aluminum core ensures with its straight capsule to avoid hot spots in the edge area. The heat can be evenly distributed in the bottom of the pan. The tight-fitting stainless steel lid keeps the steam in the pot. With a diameter of 24 cm and a volume of 4.5 l, larger portions can be prepared in it.

An integrated filling scale helps to measure liquids, while the folded edge prevents dripping when pouring.
